CADDX THERMAL IRC-640 is a high-tech thermal imaging camera for drones equipped with an uncooled vanadium oxide detector. The camera has a resolution of 640×512 pixels at 12μm and a wavelength range of 8~14μm, which allows detecting thermal contrasts with high accuracy. NETD (Noise Temperature Difference Equivalent) is ≤40mK at F1 and 25°C, providing exceptional heat detection sensitivity. The camera supports a frame rate of 50 Hz and operates in a wide range of voltages from 5 to 16 V.
